The Miami International Boat Show, held annually in mid-February over President’s Day Weekend, is one of the greatest boat shows in the world. Whether you’re coming to shop for a new sailboat, yacht, powerboat or fishing boat, brush up on the latest in marine electronics or just check out what’s new on the boating scene, you’ll enjoy the Miami International Boat Show.

If you’re shopping for a new boat, there’s no better way to make an educated decision. At the Boat Show, you’ll be able to compare makes and models from the biggest brands in the boating industry and see the boats your interested side-by-side. Chat with knowledgeable representatives from boating companies and ask all your questions in person. You’ll be able to get up close and personal, see the details, finishes and accessories that make these vessels so spectacular.

Not shopping for a new boat? Whether you’re satisfied with a boat you already have, or not in the market for a boat, there’s something for all marine life enthusiasts in the booths, shops and displays set up across all venues.

New Yacht & Power Boat Show at Sea Isle Marina features motor yachts, sports yachts, center consoles, high performance boats, sport fishing vessels, compact trawlers, bluewater manufacturers and down east style motor yachts. Boats are displayed along five piers and the sea wall.

Boat Show Features

There’s more to do at the boat show than gawk over multimillion dollar yachts, although we all know how fun that can be. Take a seminar on how to DIY (do it yourself) boat maintenance and repair on your boat. Learn about marlin fishing or watch a tug-o-war competition on fishing chairs.

Ticketing and Transportation

Tickets are available for daily passes or a 5-Day Pass. Buy one ticket and it’s good for all boat show sites and includes free access to shuttle buses and even water taxis. You’ll receive a wristband that will give you access to all of the sites and transportation. The water taxi runs between the New Yacht & Power Boat Show at Sea Isle Marina and Strictly Sail Miami at Miamarina at Bayside.

The show is a five day event that starts at 10 am and runs until 8 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 6 pm on Thursday and Monday.

In addition to the Boat Show and the events that surround it, there’s also a major event over the bridge in Coconut Grove. The annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival takes place in historic Coconut Grove where the streets line with artists who have set up shop. The Boat Show offers a Combo Boat Show & Coconut Grove Arts Festival with savings that give you access to both events. Why not mix a little art shopping in with your boat shopping?
