It’s been another interesting and busy month in the world of TCRM. We’ve launched our biggest e-commerce site to date, a huge number of products. It has multiple payment options, multiple currencies, individual member discounts and many more features besides. If you want a list give us a bell or take a look at the

A site of this scale would not be possible without good communication between all parties involved. There were lots of phone calls, lots of emails and lots of ideas flowing between the two offices. There was also lots of coffee involved, and our love towards caffeinated beverages borders on the unhealthy, but that’s possibly another story.
Anyway, this success throws into stark contrast one of the problems we have here in office- Some companies and individuals have really poor communication policies. By not being able to get hold of someone, or having someone not reply to a message, the whole business process slows down and during this tough economic climate, we should all aim to be ‘ruthlessly efficient’ in the words of Monty Python.
Our policy here in TCRM Corporate Headquarters is to answer every phone call we receive promptly and efficiently. We aim to respond to every email as quickly as possible and call back to messages as soon as we can.
So TCRM try to be efficient, prompt, timely and most of all brilliant at making coffee and eating doughnuts like what us teccie arty types do.
