Founded in 2004 by it's owners; head chef Justin Fenwick-Scott and restaurant manager Chris Bensley, the Coast has quickly gained a reputation for offering imaginative home-cooked food that intrigues and satisfies in equal measure. This was acknowledged by the South Wales Echo when they made the Coast 'South Wales Restaurant of the Year' two years running.
